As a recovering anorexic, I understand how devastating it feels to have food rule your life.
It's a lonely and miserable experience and no one should have to go through it alone, and you won't have to when you work with me.

I specialize in helping you to overcome eating disorders such as food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and others.
My goal is to help you change the way you perceive food and fitness, and develop a positive relationship with food.

Going through menopause can make us feel like we don't have any control over our own bodies.
The hormonal changes that our bodies go through can cause a variety of symptoms that include hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, belly fat, insomnia, fatigue, dry skin, and an assortment of other unpleasant symptoms.
Unfortunately, symptoms can start early and last well into our 60's and beyond, and since we each experience them differently, it's hard to know what we can do to minimize the symptoms so we can feel like ourselves again.
